Mendbayar B – Law Enforcement (Mongolia)
Mendbayar dreams of becoming a policeman but without a degree knows it may never be possible. Mendbayar was accepted into Hsis University and now with the chance to achieve his dream is concerned about affording tuition fees. Without a loan he thinks that he may need to take time off to work and save until he can return to school. With a $730 loan, Mendbayar plans on purchasing his much needed textbooks and school supplies. With the proper books, Mendbayar feels he will be able to study more effectively and earn better grades. With a degree in law enforcement he expects to earn $18 a day. Unfortunately, Mendbayar’s parents never had the opportunity to complete their high school education. Without the opportunity for a higher degree, his parents never had the chance to move up. Growing up, finances have always been tight. As the youngest of 4, with one older sibling attending college already, Mendbayar is unsure how he will be able to finance his education on his own without the assistance of a loan.
