Gloria G – Systems Analyst (Carapegua, Paraguay)
Gloria is studying to be a systems analyst. Within the next few years, she plans to finish her studies and become established in a large company where she can apply what she’s learned. One of the biggest challenges for Gloria is the distance she must travel every day to get to school. Some of the travel has to be done at night, which she says is a dangerous time to be out on the streets, especially since she is a girl. But Gloria draws strength from herself, finding courage each day to overcome this challenge. She wants to go far and get ahead in life, and that is why she fights every day. Gloria highly values the help she is receiving to complete her education. She is determined to make the most of this opportunity to change her life.
